What if they haven't heard?

In this episode of the roundtable podcast the guys answer the question: "What happens to people who never get a chance to hear the gospel?" I am sure we have all heard this question asked. What does God do with people who never know about Jesus and never hear about the gospel? Do they make it to heaven?
